Edita Prima becoming a private company

The acquisition announced in October was completed at the end of November, with CapMan Special Situations fund becoming the majority owner of Edita Prima Oy.

In addition to the majority owner CapMan, members of the management team - Heikki Autio, Teijo Liimatainen, Jussi Naumanen, and Mika Ruuskanen - are shareholders in the company. Heikki Autio will continue in his role as CEO.

Edita Prima’s operations will continue unchanged, and the transaction will not affect employees or customer care. The production unit will remain in its current facilities in Kuninkaantammi, Helsinki. The company will also retain the name Edita Prima following the ownership change.
